Audience Response is an incredible tool that allows for 100% audience participation. We will bring in wireless audience
response keypads (one for each attendee). During the presentation, the group will be asked a series of questions. The
results of these questions can be shown instantly and openly discussed in the presentation. Using specific demographic
questions, the data can then be dissected further enabling more in-depth discussion and analysis. We use the latest in
interactive technology with keypads that are extremely accurate and user friendly. The keypads can be assigned to specific
people or they can be used anonymously. This data is priceless for an organization, as it can pinpoint strengths and
weaknesses, give an overview of employee knowledge, or give crucial insight on employee perception.
